The foundation sleeve pin bolt is used for both the 15ft and 20ft telescoping flagpole. This piece is inserted through the foundation sleeve to keep the flagpole from reaching the bottom of the foundation sleeve. This Aluminum Spindle allows an indoor topper to be used on an outdoor truck. It has 1in of threading at the bass, 2 3/4in of steam in the middle, and 5/8in of threading at the top.

This piece prevents the top flag harness from sliding down the flagpole and keeps it in place at the top of the telescoping flagpole. 3 1/8” overall length with a 1” threaded length. The bolt threading is #8-32NC and is zinc plated steel. The pulley is made of zinc with a maximum halyard diameter of 3/16”. Hex nut, washer, and lock washer are all included.
