The foundation sleeve pin bolt is used for both the 15ft and 20ft telescoping flagpole. This piece is inserted through the foundation sleeve to keep the flagpole from reaching the bottom of the foundation sleeve. This allows for drainage and keeps the flagpole from freezing inside the foundation sleeve. Made to fit telescoping flagpoles made by Uncommon USA.
