This top stop ring is placed at the top of the telescoping flagpole. This piece prevents the top flag harness from sliding down the flagpole and keeps it in place at the top of the telescoping flagpole. It has an inside diameter of 1 3/4in and will a pole with an outside diameter of 1 3/4in. Made to fit telescoping flagpoles made by Uncommon USA.
