The top flagpole harness works for both the 15ft and 20ft telescoping flagpole. This harness is placed at the top of the pole and secures the top grommet of the flag to the flagpole. It has an inside diameter of 1 3/4in. Made to fit telescoping flagpoles made by Uncommon USA.
