The double flag harness works for both the 15ft and the 20ft telescoping flagpole. This piece is pace in the middle of the top and bottom flag harnesses. This gives the flagpole the ability to fly two flags at the same time. It has an inside diameter of 1 3/4in. Made to fit telescoping flagpoles made by Uncommon USA.
